Keri Tice – Chair – Keri was elected to the Board of Directors in June 2013. She is currently serving on the Negotiations and Education Policy Committees. Keri received her B.S. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. She works as an office manager for a company that provides tutoring services. Keri and her husband Dan have two children, Nick and Jacob, both of whom graduated from Marshwood High School.  Keri and her family reside in Eliot.

Joe Long – Vice Chair – Joe was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2013. He received his B.S. in Physics from Merrimack College in 1975, and his M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1992. He has worked in photovoltaics, computers and networking, and most recently consumer electronics. He has also served as adjunct faculty at Fisher and Nichols colleges. He lives in South Berwick with his wife Jessica and their daughter Maeve, who attends Marshwood Great Works School (where Joe is known simply as “Maeve’s dad”).

Fred Wildnauer – was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009.   Fred received his BA degree in Philosophy from Bucknell University and has some graduate work in Art History at the University of Minnesota.  He own his own custom woodworking business located in South Berwick.  He and his wife Patti Mitchem have two daughters who graduated from Marshwood High School.  Fred also serves on the South Berwick Building Committee.  Fred is an avid bicyclist and enjoys taking walks in the woods with Patti.

Susan Berman – Susan was elected to the Board of Directors in June 2014. Sue received her BS in Hospitality Administration and MS in Exercise Science from UNH.  She worked extensively in the hotel, restaurant, and resort industry before joining the club industry as a fitness director.  She is also the owner of a studio pottery business, Riverside Pottery.  Sue and her husband Mark have 2 children currently in the Marshwood schools, and Sue also has 2 sons who graduated in 2003 and 2004.

Paul Stanley – Paul was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2014. Paul graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelors in Economics and Finance. He is the owner of a financial planning and investment management firm in Portsmouth. He is very active in the community. Paul coaches baseball and soccer, serves on the board of Marshwood Youth Baseball and the Hot Summer Nights Concert series and currently serve as the Chairman of the South Berwick Sewer District board of trustees.  Paul lives in South Berwick with his wife Heather and has two kids in the District, Trevor and Chase.

Matthew Taylor – Matthew is a Regional Manager fo EFCO Corp. where he designs and supplies steel forming and shoring equipment for civil and commercial projects throughout New England.  EFCO Corp. is a global leader in concrete forming and shoring industry and is headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa.  Matthew has worked in the Engineering field for 16 years following his studies at Northeastern University and continues to be engaged in sustainable development for infrastructure and facilities.  Matthew helps his clients seek cost effective solutions for versatile and high quality finish at the foundation level.  Matthew is a father of four children including two sons ages 15 yrs. and 13 yrs. as well as two daughters ages 8 yrs. and 6 yrs.  Is an avid mountain biker, surfer, and volunteer in our  community.  Matthew believes in sharing happiness, health, and wellness with his children, community, and personal friendships.
