Closed Toe Footwear!

Injuries!!! Please ensure your child does not wear Flip Flops to school. These often slip off during play causing injury to the student. For safety reasons, students should wear sneakers, closed toe shoes or TEVA type sandals (with ankle and arch support) to school. We are seeing sprained ankles, stubbed/bleeding toes, lacerations and sore heels from students wearing flip flops. Wearing sneakers or shoes will provide better protection for your child’s feet whether they are running on the playground, walking on logs or climbing stairs.
