5-2-1-0

MGWS is embracing healthy habits with 5-2-1-0 this week.  Every day students are encouraged to:

~eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies,

~have less than 2 hours of screen time,

~get 1 hour of exercise, and

~drink 0 sugary drinks.

We’re starting out each day this week with morning calisthenics:-)
