Marshwood Middle School Robotics Club Competes in Maine Robotics Track Meet

On Saturday, May 11th, the Marshwood Middle School Robotics Club coached by Ashleigh Locke went to South Portland to compete in the Maine Robotics Track Meet. Shannon Pino placed 6th in the fastest robot competition and earned a gold standard. Alexis Standish placed 6th in the strongest bridge competition. Jaelin Trager placed 4th in the fastest robot competition and earned a gold standard. Ryan Howell and Caleb Boyle placed 5th in the strongest robot competition and earned a gold standard. Sean Williams and William Sandusky placed 3rd in the ping-pong shot put and earned a gold standard. The team placed 10th overall out of 16 teams. All students persevered through many engineering challenges and represented Marshwood proudly.
