Trouble-Shooting Steps for people who are not receiving emails via District Infinite Campus Messenger
- Check your email filters and spam folder. Emails will be sent from a generic “Do Not Reply” email address and can sometimes be filtered and/or accidentally marked as spam.
- Check that the email address on file with your child’s school is current/correct.
- Check with your child’s school to ensure that your IC messenger preferences are marked correctly.
Please contact your school if you are not receiving district or school emails.
