Marshwood Has Great News!!!!

York County Emergency Management will be holding a COVID vaccine clinic at Marshwood Middle School on Monday, January 31 from 1:00 pm  -  6:00 pm. 

All ages and all doses are available.

Where is it happening? Marshwood Middle School 

When?  MONDAY, January 31 from 1pm to 6pm

This means you can receive a first, second or booster dose of Pfizer or Moderna or a first or second dose of J & J.  

What you need to do:

 Show up!

Bring your vaccination card if you have one.

Use the attached form to fill out and print.

Or print first and fill out with a pen. Forms will also be available at the clinic. Please do not send a form to your school nurse. Have you or your student bring it to the clinic with them.

You will see signage at the Middle School which will direct you to the back entrance to the gym.

If you have tested positive for COVID you must be at least 10 days out from your test and asymptomatic.

You will need to plan on staying for 15 minutes following your vaccination for monitoring before you leave.
