Central School students learned about Similarities Awareness during PE last week with Katie and Cam from North East Passage. K-3 students had the opportunity to use sport wheelchairs to play tag games after learning about adaptive sports and recreational activities that help people of all abilities to lead active lives. Their message to the students was that everyone can play. Sometimes we just need to change the rules of the game or the equipment used.
