Flu Vaccination Clinics
MSAD 35 is partnering with Northern Light Home Care & Hospice to provide influenza vaccination clinics at each school in the district. All students, staff, family and community members are welcome!
Please click on the link for your student's school below for detailed information and to complete the consent form. All consent forms are due by Monday 9/18/23 at noon.
There is no out-of-pocket cost and those without insurance will be vaccinated with the appropriate form completed. Anybody presenting with an incomplete form will not receive a vaccination.
