Friday was the pancake breakfast fundraiser to support Rett’s Roost.
Rett's Roost is located in Ogunquit and supports families that have experienced the unbelievable trauma of cancer. Their website says "Our intention is to help families look for beauty and joy in life again with hope in their heart for a peaceful future and cure for childhood cancer."
Two fifth grade students brought the idea of Rett’s Roost to Mr. Burnell. In the past, The Jimmy Fund and Barbara Bush Children's Hospital have been recent recipients of our proceeds. It was a fantastic idea to donate to a local organization.
Staff flipped pancakes for the students.
This event raised $600.00!
