Recently the entire 4th grade took a field trip over to Marshwood High School and spent a portion of the day with Mr. Caverly getting to learn about and use the rope course there.
Students learned about teamwork and trusting one another during the rope course activity where they to help spot each other as they maneuvered through the course in groups.
Students also got to learn about rope safety and rope harnesses before getting the chance to climb up and either jump off a platform or walk across a high rope before getting the opportunity to belay down from above.
