Great News from Marshwood High School
Marshwood students continued their year of service when the freshman class hosted a Trivia night to raise funds for A House For ME on Monday, March 4th. A House For ME is a Kittery-based non-profit whose mission is to create safe, supported living situations that enable people with disabilities to fully integrate themselves into their local community.
Ryan Hitchings from Game Time Trivia volunteered his services to run the trivia event. 14 teams were in attendance where they competed for great prizes donated from Weathervane, Beach Pea, Taylor Lobster, A House for ME coffee and the Blue Mermaid. Pizzas were donated by When Pigs Fly to help fuel the masses through the night.
The event raised more than $400. Everyone involved is grateful for our community and their support.
