Mrs. Lalos’ Intro to Foods and Nutrition classes recently held their Annual Cake Decorating Competition on Thursday, April 9, and Friday, April 10. Students were challenged to design and create cakes inspired by a spring theme, showcasing both their creativity and baking skills. Adding an extra twist, each student selected a surprise ingredient from a mystery bin, which they were required to incorporate into their recipe or overall cake design. The results were both impressive and delicious, highlighting the students’ innovation, adaptability, and attention to detail.
