DURHAM, N.H. -- Senior forward Leah Glidden (Kittery, Maine) of the field hockey team and junior cornerback
Leah had a strong game against Providence College on Sept. 2 by posting two goals and four shots, with both shots on goal going in. Her back-to-back games with two goals and four points are a career-high.
Her goals were a crucial part of helping the Wildcats win their third game of the season. She scored her first goal of the game alone in front of the cage to give UNH the 1-0 lead. Her second goal came off of a redirection that gave the team a 3-1 lead that secured the win for the Wildcats.
Through four games, Leah ranks second on the team in goals, points, and shots, and is tied for first in game-winning goals.
