  Marshwood High School     

  • The first quarter has come to a close and grades will be sent out after the Veterans Day weekend. I do want to remind you that we have a student success center available every period of the day with peer tutoring so students can stay caught up with their work.

  • The winter sports season begins for all sports on Monday,  November 21st, except Skiing, which begins on Monday the 28th. Please check our school website and live feed for more information.

  • The district musical “Shrek” opens on December 1st in the MHS auditorium. For ticket information and show times click on the following link (Shrek) or contact the school.

  • There is a Wellness Fair on Wednesday, November 9th starting at 5:30 at the High School followed by a presentation on anxiety in children at 6pm. All are welcome to attend this informational night.

  • Accolades: Congratulations to our Girls Cross-Country team for the class A state runner up award. They will now head to Rhode Island to compete in the New England championships on the 12th.  They also won the southern Maine sportsmanship award as did the Girls Field Hockey team. Congrats to Mr. Luciano for his recognition as the Maine Principals Association coach of the year for Alpine Skiing.

  • There is no school for students on November 8th for a teacher inservice day (SRTC will have classes as normal), the 11th for Veterans Day, and the 23rd-25th for Thanksgiving break.
