Compassionate Peer Award

Marshwood Middle School is on a roll with our core value celebrations. Each month this school year we are focusing on a core value. Mrs. Goulet begins the school day with an announcement about of the core value and a reminder for staff to be on the look out for students that exemplify this value. Regularly students are celebrated with a Hawk Pride Ticket when they are caught demonstrating the value. In addition to students getting a ticket, each team choses one student that has showcased the value above and beyond. Finally, at the end of the month the entire staff and student come together to celebrate.

Our core value for September was compassion! Compassion is the foundation of empathy, kindness, and understanding, and it plays a vital role in shaping our school culture. Our Compassionate Peer Achievement Award winners were celebrated last week at our all school assembly. Congratulations to: LuLu Chase, Everett Emery, Tahi Arzu Pantalone, Abbie Jolie, Elsa Novak, Joey Couture, Autumn Skelton, Diana Bougie, and  Grace Paradis!
