The Marshwood/Noble/Traip/Sanford Knighthawks ice hockey lost to the Scarborough Red Storm 3-0 in Dover on Saturday. Scarborough dominated possession in this game, but the Knighthawks played stellar defense with a lot of physicality. Despite having 4 power plays, the Knighthawks could not light the lamp. Connor Lentz played extremely well, making every save that was remotely possible. Lentz stopped 29 of 31 shots that he faced, the third goal was with an empty net.
The Knighthawks next game is on Saturday 1/17 vs Thornton Academy, 3 pm in Dover.
