Ice hockey beat Mt Ararat 2-1. Goals scored by Andrew Brayne, Caden Fontaine. Ryan Dumont had 2 assists. TJ Brown stopped 17 of 18 shots for the Knighthawks.

Marshwood IH beat York 3-0 on Tuesday. Emmett Hammond scored his first career goal, which was the game winner. Nate Jalbert & Caden Fontaine also scored. Braden Butler - 2 assists. Ben Ott stopped 26/26 shots.

The Hawks were led by Sophie Mitchell with 18pt, 8 rebounds, and Sarah Theriault with 11pts, 9 rebounds. Mia Constantakos finished with 6pts and 5 assists.

Other Highlights
Lauryn Cruz broke the 30 foot barrier with a career best toss of 30-10 in Shot Put. This was a 32” improvement and an automatic state qualifying performance!
Hayden Sawyer collected his first career win in the 2 mile edging out a Kennebunk opponent by 0.01 and nearly broke 5 minutes in the mile with a 16+ second PR!!
Rowan Carter was 4 for 4 - four events, four wins (plus 2 school records). He is looking strong heading into the championship meets.
Lauren Hunting keeps getting better, this time with a 28”+ PR in the Shot Put, earning a spot at Southwesterns in the process
Addie Fuller comfortably won the 1 & 2 mile races, the first double win of her career!
Ryan Tarr broke 40’ in the Shot Put for the first time!

Ice Hockey beat the Kennebunk Rams 4-2. Ryan Dumont, Truck Tellefsen, Danny Fuller, and Nathan Jalbert scored. TJ Brown stopped 29 of 31 shots in net for the Knighthawks.
The Knighthawks play next in Dover on Saturday at 5:30 against Lake Region.

Girls Hoop Marshwood 61 Bonny Eagle 57
In what started as the battle of the zones, the Scots outscored the Hawks 13-5 in the first quarter. The Hawks answered in the second quarter to be up by 1 at the half. But the battle continued into three OTs, and the Hawks were able to hold off the Scots and get the win.
Sophie Mitchell led the Hawks with 17pts followed by Savannah Nashwinter with 13, Sarah Theriault with 12, and Mia Constantakos with 11.
The Hawks are on the road to Brunswick on Thursday.

The Marshwood IH lost to Scarborough 6-2 at Dover on Monday. Bradley Wentworth and Nathan Jalbert scored for the Knighthawks. Ben Ott stopped 19 of 24 shots in net, Sumner Wood stopped 9 of 10 shots in relief.

Boys Hoop update. KENNEBUNK 68, MARSHWOOD 63: Keegan Andrews hit three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter, including a go-ahead basket immediately after Marshwood took its first lead since the first quarter, and the Rams (7-5) held on for a win over the Hawks (8-4) in South Berwick.
Andrews finished with 16 points, Ty Kane had 15, Connor Keefe 14 and Joseph Kiezulas 10 for Kennebunk.
Marshwood was paced by Andrew Perry with 22 points, Aidan Sullivan with 19 and Jason Singer with 10.
